Tony will be leaving his beloved NJ soon, though, for the purple mountains’ majesty of Colorado.  If you’re a fan you ought to come to see him off.  If you’re new to his act, come check it out while you have the chance.  Lots o’ laughs, lots o’ music, lots o’ apostrophes!

This time, we decided to do the beer dinner on a Friday night, so there’s no need to worry about looking at your watch and wondering how many hours you have left until the alarm goes off and you have to go back to work. Relax and enjoy the magical pairing of amazing beers with great food specially crafted by Chef Johnny O’

The beer dinner starts at 7:00 p.m. and spreads across five to six courses, including dessert, with each dish accompanied by a different brew. The menu will be posted shortly. Starting at 5 pm on that Friday (yes, St. Practice Day is on a Friday), Hailey’s and Guinness will partner together to celebrate 6 months to St. Patrick…’s Day. We will dedicate ourselves to proudly honoring the delicious dark beer that tastes especially so when coupled with a little (or a lot of) Jameson and Bailey’s. St. Practice Day will also include mouthwatering food specials, festive pipes and drums, lively Irish dancers and traditional Irish music. (and what about the owner in a kilt, be still our hearts) And the best part? There’s more in it for you than just good karma. Everyone who participates will receive free Guinness gear, but there’s nothing stopping you from coming dressed in your best Irish regalia. And don’t forget to bring your blarney.

We finally have decent summer weather on a Friday and what better way to kick in the weekend is the sweet sounds of Lou Petto and his versatile house band. Everytime Lou and his bandmates play, its always a fresh new sound. So come on down and check out whats going on at Hailey’s.

Chris Finnegan and Ron Keaveny have been playing together as a duo and in bands for 4 years. They met while playing in the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh Pipes and Drums in Old Bridge, New Jersey. They bring a diverse background to their interpretation of Irish Traditional Music. Chris is a classically trained bassist, and plays with orchestras and jazz bands regularly. After college, he began to devote more and more time to the Irish music he had heard growing up, and began learning the uillean pipes. Ron has been playing guitar and singing for many years, beginning in rock bands before entering into Irish music. In addition to the usual pubs and parties, Chris and Ron frequently entertain the troops of New York’s Fighting 69th. They also host a seisiun on the second Sunday of the month at the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh in Old Bridge, NJ
