A Hailey’s tradition since 2012, Beer Senate occurs the second Tuesday of every month from September through June with a new theme every time. We’ll serve you special dishes not on the menu and four beers–you vote for the one that goes on our tap. Each $35 Beer Senate dinner includes three dishes and four beers.

Mo will be hosting the June 2020 Beer Senate virtually. Here’s how you can cast your ballot on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 for a VIRTUAL Beer Senate in four easy steps:

1. By 12 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2020, order your Beer Senate dinner or dinners by sending Hailey’s Harp & Pub a message at haileysmetuchen@gmail.com using subject line “BEER SENATE.” In the message, include your name and how many Beer Senate dinners you would like to order. (If more than one person in your household will be joining us virtually on a separate computer, please also provide that person’s email address. We will confirm your order by replying to your email.)

2. Sign up for a Zoom account if you do not have one at zoom.com

3. Pick up your Beer Senate dinner(s) at the pub on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, between 5 and 6:30 p.m. Along with your order, you will get a print copy of the Zoom meeting URL you need to visit to join. (We will also email you this URL).

4. Join the Zoom meeting from your home by 6:45 p.m. We will get started promptly at 7 p.m. once everyone has joined.

We will be using Zoom breakout rooms so you can talk with your friends and not the entire cohort of participants. So, if you have a list of names and email addresses of the people you would like to “sit” with, let us know by emailing haileysmetuchen@gmail.com, and we will assign you to a breakout room.
