Beer Senate is back October 13, 2020.  A Hailey’s tradition since 2012, Beer Senate occurs the second Tuesday of every month from September through June with a new theme every time. We’ll serve you special dishes not on the menu and four beers–you vote for the one that goes on our tap. Each $35 Beer Senate dinner includes three dishes and four beers.

We’ll be offering a hybrid of virtual spots and limited in-person seating (outdoors) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Must RSVP in advance for both virtual and in-person attendance.

Mo will be hosting the October 2020 Beer Senate in a hybrid virtual/in-person format. Here’s how you can participate in the second Beer Senate of the 2020-2021 session on Tuesday, October 13, 2020:
1. By 6 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2020, reserve your Beer Senate spot by sending Hailey’s Harp & Pub
a message at haileysmetuchen@gmail.com using subject line “BEER SENATE.” In the message, include your name, how many Beer Senate dinners you would like to order, and if you are requesting a VIRTUAL or IN-PERSON seat.
2. If attending virtually, sign up for a Zoom account if you do not have one at zoom.com
3. If attending virtually, pick up your Beer Senate dinner(s) at the pub on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, between 5 and 6 p.m. Along with your order, you will get a print copy of the Zoom meeting URL you need to visit to join. (We will also email you this URL).
If attending in-person, please arrive by 6:45 to be seated.
4. If attending virtually, join the Zoom meeting from your home by 6:45 p.m. We will get started promptly at 7 p.m. once everyone has joined.

If attending virtually, we will be using Zoom breakout rooms so you can talk with your friends and not the entire cohort of participants. So, if you have a list of names and email addresses of the people you would like to “sit” with, let us know by emailing haileysmetuchen@gmail.com, and we will assign you to a breakout room.
